PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF MEETING

• Consult with Virginia State University Department of Management & Marketing, concerning marketing a conference in June 2014 regarding the Virginia Interscholastic Association (VIA).
• To discuss the possibility of a fourth or fifth year student working on the regeneration of the VIA as a project. If such student can be located, to have them meet with the VIA Planning team at a March 23,2014 meeting at the Gateway Conference & Dining Center.
• To firm up the location for the conference as Virginia State University – the original VIA site.

Contributions to The VIA Heritage Association are tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
